Anchors with icons, within text

Though it seems simplistic, anchors (or anchor-in-appearance - whether it be <a>s or <buttons>s) with icons, can be tricky due to wrapping/orphan icons. You don't want a chevron-icon at the end of an anchor only to appear on the next line alone, due to width constraints. You also don't want a standalone icon on a line, followed by the text on the next.
